For the kids who ask “Why?”

About Science in Disguise

In science classes, I sometimes thought, “Why do I need to know this?” or “This doesn’t apply to real life.” But in retrospect, my view was completely flawed; the aforementioned “real life” consists of nothing but science. What I was learning is all around me – from what I eat and drink, to the cosmetic products I use, to the sports I watch and play. Maybe I don’t need to know why things work the way they do, but it’s actually pretty fascinating.

Science in Disguise books break down complex topics and apply them to everyday activities, encouraging kids to keep asking “Why?”
